How long does delivery take?

Every DAC piece is made to order. UK orders typically ship within 5–10 working days door-to-door. You'll receive tracking via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer delivery to any other country.

How much is shipping?

UK shipping is a flat £4.99, and free on orders over £75.

What's your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are cancelling, and a further 14 days to send the items back. Items must be unused and in their original condition, and the customer pays return postage. Our standard catalogue pieces keep this right even though they are printed on demand. Only items personalised to your own specification (for example artwork or text you supply) are exempt, and that never affects your rights if goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.

How do I track my order?

Use our order tracker at /track-order — enter your order number and email. If you have an account, all your orders live under My Account.

How do sizes run?

DAC pieces are unisex and true to size, cut with a slightly relaxed shoulder. Size up if you prefer an oversized silhouette. Full measurements are on every product page under 'Size guide'.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because pieces are printed on demand, please email support@dropaiclothing.com with your order number as soon as possible — ideally within 12 hours — so we can amend or cancel before production. This is a practical deadline, not a limit on your rights: standard items still carry the 14-day right to change your mind after delivery.

What is Create Your Own?

Create Your Own is our custom-design service, where a concept, sketch or reference becomes a one-off DAC piece. It is not open for public ordering yet — visit /create to join the waitlist and we'll email you with pricing and full details when it launches.

How does DAC production work?

Every piece is designed by DROP AI CLOTHING in London and produced on demand through our fulfilment partners, so we don't hold unnecessary stock. Material composition is listed on each product page.
