How long does delivery take?

Every DAC piece is made to order. UK orders typically ship within 5–10 working days door-to-door. You'll receive tracking via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is coming — join the newsletter to be first to know.

How much is shipping?

UK shipping is a flat £4.99, and free on orders over £75.

What's your returns policy?

We offer 7-day returns on unused items in their original condition. Customer pays return shipping. Personalized or made-to-order custom pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

How do I track my order?

Use our order tracker at /track-order — enter your order number and email. If you have an account, all your orders live under My Account.

How do sizes run?

DAC pieces are unisex and true to size, cut with a slightly relaxed shoulder. Size up if you prefer an oversized silhouette. Full measurements are on every product page under 'Size guide'.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because pieces are made to order, we can only amend or cancel within 12 hours of purchase. Email support@dropaiclothing.com as soon as possible with your order number.

What is Create Your Own?

Send us a concept, sketch or reference and we'll bring it to life as a one-off DAC piece. Full details and pricing live on the /create page.

How is DAC sustainable?

Every drop is made to order — no dead stock, no landfill. We produce in small batches with responsibly sourced materials.
