Pending verification — not final copy
This document is complete in structure but the business's legal identity details have not yet been confirmed, so it is not indexed and must not be relied on as final. Outstanding details:
- Business structure (sole trader / partnership / limited company / other)
These are the terms on which we sell clothing to you. Please read them before you order — we ask you to accept them at checkout. They are written in plain English and are meant to be read alongside our Returns and Refunds policy, Delivery information and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms removes or reduces your legal rights as a consumer. If any part of them conflicts with those rights, your legal rights come first.
1.Who we are and how to contact us
These terms apply when you buy goods from us through dropaiclothing.com.
- Trading name
- DROP AI CLOTHING
- Seller of record
- DROP AI CLOTHING
- Customer support email
- support@dropaiclothing.com
- Delivery area
- the United Kingdom only
The quickest way to reach us is by email. We do not currently offer telephone support, so please use email or the contact form. We reply to order queries within 2 working days.
2.These terms and your acceptance
By placing an order you agree to these terms. We ask you to confirm this with a tick box at checkout before you pay. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it (current version: 2026-08-terms-v1); we keep a record and link to it in your order confirmation email.
These terms are written for consumers buying for personal use. If you are buying in the course of a business, the consumer cancellation right in section 8 does not apply to you.
We may change these terms for future orders — for example to reflect changes in law. A change never applies retrospectively to an order you have already placed.
3.Our products, images and variations
- Product photographs and on-screen visuals are illustrative. Colours can appear differently between screens and printing processes, so a small variation from the images is normal and is not a fault.
- Garment measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between production batches. Please check the size guidance on the product page.
- Printed placement can vary marginally between individual garments. Noticeable defects, misprints or the wrong item are covered by your statutory rights.
- We may improve or change a product's specification where it does not materially affect the item you ordered. If a change is material, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
4.How a contract is formed
- Adding items to your basket and reaching checkout is not an order. Your order is placed when you submit checkout and pay.
- Our acceptance happens when we email you to confirm the order. A contract comes into existence at that point.
- If we cannot accept your order — for example the item is out of stock, we cannot deliver to your address, a price or description error was made, or payment verification fails — we will tell you and will not charge you. Where you have already been charged, we refund in full.
- Each order is given a number. Please quote it in all correspondence.
5.Prices, taxes and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable at the prevailing rate.
- Delivery is charged at £4.99 and is free on orders of £75.00 or more. The exact total, including delivery, is shown before you pay.
- Payment is taken by card through Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- If the price of an item was obviously wrong and the error is one you could reasonably have spotted, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.
- If a rate of VAT changes between your order and delivery, we adjust the VAT you pay unless you have already paid in full.
6.Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot accept orders with a delivery address outside the United Kingdom.
- Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown on the delivery page and are estimates, not guarantees.
- Unless we agree otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed. If we miss that, you may treat the contract as at an end and receive a full refund.
- The goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us, or to a safe place or neighbour you have authorised.
- If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control we will contact you as soon as possible; you may cancel and receive a refund for undelivered goods.
- If nobody is available and the goods cannot be left safely, the carrier will leave instructions. Where a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may be chargeable.
7.Custom artwork and personalised orders
Where you upload artwork, text or an image for us to print, the following applies in addition to the rest of these terms.
- You keep ownership of your artwork. Nothing here transfers your intellectual property to us.
- You grant us a licence to fulfil your order. By submitting artwork you give us and our production partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to copy, adapt to the print process, and print it solely to produce and deliver your order, and to keep a copy for reprints, returns handling and record-keeping.
- We will not use your artwork for marketing without your permission. If we would like to feature your design, we will ask you first.
- You confirm you have the right to use the artwork. You must own it or have permission from the rights holder, and it must not infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark, design right or image rights.
- Prohibited content. We will refuse and cancel orders for artwork that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, incites violence, or infringes third-party rights. Where we refuse, we refund you in full unless production has already lawfully begun on other items in the order.
- Quality of supplied files. We print what you supply. Low-resolution, low-contrast or incorrectly cropped files may print poorly, and that is not a fault we can refund as defective. Tell us before production if you are unsure and we will advise.
- Cancellation. Personalised items are excluded from the 14-day change of mind right once production starts — see the Returns and Refunds policy. Your rights for faulty goods are unaffected.
- Storage. Uploaded files are held in private storage, are not publicly accessible, and are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
8.Your right to cancel and our right to cancel
You have a 14-day right to change your mind on standard items, with an exception for personalised goods, plus separate statutory rights if goods are faulty. The full detail, including how to cancel and who pays return postage, is in our Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may end the contract if:
- you do not make a payment when due and still do not pay within 7 days of us reminding you;
- you do not, within a reasonable time, give us information or access we need to deliver; or
- you submit custom artwork we are not permitted to print (see section 7).
Where we end the contract for one of these reasons, we refund any money paid for undelivered goods and may charge reasonable compensation for costs we have incurred.
9.Your account and marketing preferences
- You may check out as a guest or create an account. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery and contact details you give us.
- Marketing email is optional and separate from order emails. You can opt in or out at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing us — see our Privacy Policy. We will always send transactional messages about an order you have placed.
- We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse of staff, or repeated unlawful artwork submissions.
10.Our responsibility for loss or damage
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We never exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful. This includes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods, including that they be as described, match information we provided, be of satisfactory quality, be fit for purpose, and be supplied with reasonable skill and care; and
- defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
We are not liable for business losses. If you use the goods for any commercial or business purpose we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
11.Use of this website
- The site, its content and its branding belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or systematically extract content without permission.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to place orders or scrape content.
- We try to keep the site available at all times, but we may suspend it for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
12.Complaints, governing law and disputes
If something has gone wrong, email support@dropaiclothing.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 days. Free, impartial advice is available from Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own local courts, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme. Your right to take a claim to court is unaffected.
